Science of the Holy Quran

Matter and Anti-Matter

Prior to the Quran philosophers thought that the atom was the smallest indivisible component of matter. However today we know that this was false. Atoms are composed of electrons, neutrons and protons. And it has been discovered  that those neutrons  and protons are made of quarks. 1400 years ago the Quran contradicted the common knowledge of the time. It stated that the atom is not the smallest part.

In The Name of Allah, The Beneficent, The Merciful

(Quran 10:61). “And you are not (engaged) in any affair, nor do you recite any part from the Qur’an, and nor any deed you (mankind) may be doing, but We are Witnesses over you when you enter into it. Nor is there hidden from your Lord (so much as) the weight of an atom on the earth or in the heaven, not anything lesser than that or greater but are (recorded) in a Clear Book.”

Until 100 years ago it was thought that only humans and animals were in pairs (males and females). However the Quran said that everything from which the land produces, man and what they could not see were also made of pairs. Today we know that all matter is in pairs: matter and antimatter (electrons and positrons, quarks and antiquarks…)

In The Name of Allah, The Beneficent, The Merciful

(Quran 36:36): “Glory be to Him Who created pairs (of) all things, of what the earth grows, and of their selves and of what they do not know.”

Honey Bees

The worker bees, those who gather pollen and make honey, are actually all female. More than 1400 years ago the Quran refers to the bees that produce the honey as females by utilizing the arabic grammar.

In The Name of Allah, The Beneficent, The Merciful
(Quran 16:68.) “And your Lord revealed to the Bee (an instinctive revelation) to build cells in the mountains and in the trees and in what they (men) build.”

(Quran 16:69). “Then eat out of all the fruits, and pave the ways of your Lord sincerely. There comes forth out of their bellies a drink of varying colors, wherein is healing for men. Verily in that is a sign for a people who reflect.”

For the word “eat”: “Kuli” is for females; “Kul” is for males. The quran used “Kuli”

For the phrase “follow a path”: “Usluki” is for females; “Usluk” is for males. The quran used “Usluki”.

For the phrase “their bellies”: “butuniha” is for females; “Butunihim” is for males. The Quran used “Butuniha”
